Appointments

*1.5-hour bridal consultation fees are $25 per appointment. This appointment fee will be credited towards any custom gown order or sample gown purchase made during that specific appointment. Appointment fees cannot be credited towards past or future purchases. We understand that plans change, however, as we can only serve a limited number of brides a day, we respectfully ask our brides to cancel 48 hours before the scheduled appointment and you will receive a complete refund of your appointment fee. If appointments are cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, but more than day of the appointment, your appointment fee cannot be refunded. Failure to appear to your appointment and/or day of cancellations will result in an additional fee of $25 being charged to the card on file used for booking your appointment. We reserve the right to change these policies at any time without further notice.
